- Employees are entitled to sick leave equal to the number of days they would normally work in a 6-week period during every 36-month cycle.
- For a 5-day week: 30 days per 36 months
- For a 6-day week: 36 days per 36 months
- Sick leave accrues over the cycle and can be taken when needed.
- A medical certificate may be required for absences exceeding 2 consecutive days.
